Eagle Hill Civic Association (EHCA) is comprised of residents of the Eagle Hill neighborhood of East Boston. A small nonprofit organization, Eagle Hill Civic Association hosts monthly meetings where local groups, individuals, developers, homeowners, and renters present projects, ideas, and information to neighbors. EHCA conducts community clean ups and events, encourages historic preservation, presents awards, and weighs in on development projects.
