Developers and homeowners present projects at our monthly meetings when the projects require variances from the zoning code. Our group asks questions and provides constructive feedback before the project is presented at a subsequent meeting for a vote. The Zoning Board of Appeals takes our feedback and votes into consideration when deciding whether or not to grant variances for each project.
