Voting Protocol
Per our bylaws, which were updated in 2018, EHCA members are those who live within the boundaries of Eagle Hill (see map below) as either tenants or homeowners. Members have voting power when they have attended two out of the last three meetings, including the present one. In other words, a member who attends the May meeting may vote if she was present at the April and/or March meeting. If you have any questions about the voting procedure, please speak to a board member at the next meeting.
